Francis Kpila Ijir, BM BCh
Chairman, Board of Directors
Francis Kpila Ijir		 Dr. Francis Kpila Ijir, Medical Doctor, was the President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Founders Investments Ltd from its inception in 1988 until 1998 when he became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BM, BCh) Degrees from the University of Jos Medical School, Nigeria (1982).
Dr. F.K. Ijir started his medical career in 1982 as a House Officer, at the General Hospital Makurdi after which he proceeded for the one year National Youth Service. After his youth service, he was employed by the Benue State Hospitals Management Board as a Medical Officer at the General Hospital Makurdi in June 1984 where he also served as the Personal Physician to the then Governor of Benue State.
He left government service in 1985 and joined the the private practice of the Luks Mayo Hospital Makurdi as the Assistant Medical Superintendent until 1986. In 1987 Dr. F.K. Ijir started his own private medical practice as the Proprietor and Medical Director of Foundation Clinic Ugba. He opened the Foundation Hospital Makurdi in 1993 and managed it successfully until 1999 when he was appointed as the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Benue State on Tourism. In addition to the above, Dr. F.K. Ijir has held several other positions of responsibility including being a director, Benue State sports council board (1995-1998); and currently Chairman, Board of Governors & Representative Proprietor, Ugondo Community Secondary School Ugba; Member, Primary Healthcare Management Committee Logo Local Government Council; and Chairman, Sports Medical Association, Benue State Chapter.
Dr F.K. Ijir has traveled widely around the world including visits to India, Germany, Uganda, France, Israel, Holland and Egypt.

Msoo Kator Ijir, MPA, BSc
President and Chief Executive officer
Msoo Kator Ijir		 Mr. Msoo Kator Ijir was appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer of Founders Investment in 1998. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Lagos, Akoka-Lagos (1991) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (1983) from Ahmadu Bello University of Zaria, Nigeria.
Mr. M. K. Ijir worked with the First Bank of Nigeria PLC Lafia Branch 1983/84 for the one year National Service. He was employed by the Nigerian Telecommunication (NITEL) PLC. Lagos, in October 1984. Between 1984 and 1989, he worked in various departments including Corporate Strategy and Marketing Department of the Corporate Affairs Division, Customers Department Mainland Territory and rose to the position of Business Office Manager, NITEL Telephone Exchange Ikeja-Lagos.
In 1991, he went in politics and was elected as a party Chairman for Katsina-Ala Local Government Area, Benue State on the platform of the National Republican Convention (NRC), a position he held until the dissolution of the political parties in 1993.
After 1993, M.K. Ijir went into Community Service and helped his community set up the Ugondo Community Bank Ugba where he became the Manager until 1995. While with the Community Bank, he attended various Management courses including Finance and Management, Marketing of Small and Medium Scale Businesses and Industries, Export Finance, International Trade Financing, Credit Management and Marketing of Financial services among others.
He left the Bank and joined the services of the Benue State Government as a senior Finance Officer in May 1995 and rose to the position of Chief Accountant in the Office of the Accountant General Benue State.
In addition to working at the above-mentioned places, Mr. M. K. Ijir has attained other broad experience in Business Management and Computer Applications. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of management (AMNIM), and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian (ICAN).

Timothy Aondona Ijir, Ph.D

Timothy Aondona Ijir		 Dr. Timothy Aondona Ijir, Engineer, and Director of Founders Investments Ltd. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the University of Southampton, England (1994), and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering (1987) from the University of Jos, Makurdi Campus (formerly Federal University of Technology, Makurdi Nigeria).
Dr. T.A. Ijir has diverse work experience at the InkJet Supplies Business Unit of the Hewlett Packard Company (HP) in Corvallis Oregon USA. He has held various positions in printhead manufacturing since joining HP in 1996. Some of the projects he led in printhead manufacturing include statistical process control, yield and process improvement, training of manufacturing engineers and operators, troubleshooting and process documentation. He currently provides consultancy and technical support for a Research and Development Engineering group at HP Corvallis in Computer-Aided-Design (CAD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Modeling, software and hardware support, and data analysis.
In addition to Dr. T.A. Ijir's broad manufacturing and research and development experience, he has also been very active in the development and application of modern technologies, as well as consultancy, procurement and supply of computer hardware and software. He has over 5 years of experience in web development and administration including the deployment of internet websites for e-commerce, cultural organizations, corporate entities and families. He has received extensive training in development and management of information technologies from several sources including at the Hewlett Packard Company (HP) and Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon USA.
Prior to immigrating to the USA in 1996, Dr. T.A. Ijir was a lecturer for nearly 10 years at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi Nigeria where he developed and taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in engineering. He is also active in the support and management of non-profit organizations.
